There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Keller and Saddler: 2013-04-10 House Journal Page 1033 Page 3, line 1, following "Council;": Insert "the governors and legislatures of all the coastal states and coastal territories of the nation;" Representative Keller moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 16(RES) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHJR 16(RES) am was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 16(RES) am pass the House?"
